October PTG Meeting

Join us for our October PTG Meeting Monday, September 16th at 9:30 am in the conference room. As always, it is open to ALL parents and caregivers.

Picture Day

Get your smiles ready! Picture day is Thursday, October 8th!

Your child will receive a Coffee Pond handout from their teacher. To order, go to Coffeepond. If you order online there is NO need to print a receipt for your child to bring into school. 

Fall walk, bike & roll to school

Join us for Willard's fall "Walk, Bike & Roll-to-School" event taking place on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 - rain or shine!  

Parent Social and Silent auction

Ready for a night out? Book those babysitters and come join our community of awesome Willard Parents and caregivers at the Willard Parent Social and auction on Saturday, October 17th from 7:00-10:00pm at  Nosh!

The PTG-Sponsored Willard Book Fair will be held in the Gym on October 20th- 21st.  

Students will have an opportunity to visit the Book Fair with their class.  

There will also be family evening hours offered on Tuesday, the 20th (5:30-7:30pm).

Willard Weekly Submission Guidelines

If you would like to submit an article to the Willard Weekly, please contact the Editor at weekly@willardptg.org.

Guidelines

• Submissions must be school or community related and not commercial in nature

• It should be limited to 100 words or fewer, and must be sent as text in an email

• Please include contact information or website link

• The deadline for submissions is 6:00 PM on Tuesdays. Submissions received after deadline will go in the following week’s Willard Weekly.

• Please note that an announcement generally runs for 2 weeks – first week to announce and second week to remind. Please time your submission accordingly.

• All decisions are at the Editors’ discretion
