For one week each year, Willard students and parents find green ways to get to school.  Many students have found this an exciting way to try biking, walking, taking the bus and carpooling.  Each year the Earthcare club performs surveys the week before and during Get Here Green week.  Last year the Willard parents were surveyed regarding transportation to and from school.  See the results of that survey.

Let's make this years Get Here Green week the best ever!  Please consider a carpool, walking or chaperoning a gaggle of kids on bikes!!  And don't forget the raffle!!!  Four students who used a green method of transport the week of May 16-20 will each receive a 25$ gift certificate to Dairy Joy!!  Raffle tickets will be placed in front of the office and all participants can fill out a raffle tickey and drop it in the "Get Here Green" raffle box. The winners announced the week of 23 May 2011.
