NEW DEADLINE - Submissions are due MONDAY, MAY 2.
This is YOUR yearbook, a keepsake to celebrate and remember Willard School in your own special way. It’s created for YOU and by YOU and your 5th GRADE CLASSMATES! The Yearbooks are distributed to all 5th graders during the last week of school, usually during the 5th Grade Celebration ceremony. The books will include pages for autographs from your friends and teachers. For lots of information about and examples of what you need to prepare for the yearbook, please download and read the Personal Page Instructions (PDF). Parents and students should read this information together. Please feel free to contact us, if you have questions or need any help!
PERSONAL PAGE
This year we are asking that all Personal Page files for the yearbook be submitted electronically as JPEGs (saved at 300 dpi) or PDFs and that all additional photos be sent as JPEGs to the email address yearbook@willardptg.org. Naming your file: Your personal page file should be named with the student’s last name followed by first name (i.e. smithjohn.pdf or babysmithjohn.jpeg). Designing your page: Decorate your page with drawings, photos, designs, words, poems, etc. See suggestions in the Ideas box and on sample pages Personal Page Instructions (PDF). You can browse through other Willard yearbooks at the Main Office at Willard if you need even more ideas. A yearbook tradition at Willard is to include Who's Who pages with photos of the 5th graders when they were babies. It is great fun to try to guess who those cute little faces belong to! So, we need a photo of you as a baby to make those pages!

We’d love to include candid photos of Willard School events or students! If you or your family have candid photos you’d like to share for possible publication in the yearbook, please email them to yearbook@willardptg.org. Please send electronically in JPEG format (300 dpi).
