The Willard Carnival raffle is a fun and exciting way for all Willard Families to participate in the spirit of the carnival. 100% of the proceeds from the raffle and the Carnival go directly to the Willard PTG to support student activities, assemblies, teacher needs and much more!

The prizes for the 2010 Willard Carnival Raffle include:

Ticket Sales Contest

Back by popular demand - the Raffle Ticket Sales Contests. All Raffle tickets sold and returned to the front office by Friday June 4th @ 3:00 pm will qualify for two ticket sales contests:

• Class Sales
  The class that collectively sells the most Raffle tickets will win a Spectacular Take Out Pizza and Popsicle Lunch for the entire class!
• Individual Sales
  The individual student that sells the most Raffle tickets will win a Magnificent VIP Day at Willard. TheVIP day will begin with special transportation to school. Followed by a day full of unique privileges, including a catered lunch.

Raffle Details

• Each studen receives a raffle packet containing 20 tickets. Tickets may be sold at a price of $1.00 ($10 for a book of 10).
  When selling your tickets please:
• Complete all information required on the left side of the Raffle ticket(s)
• Give the right side of the ticket to the purchaser
• Return the stub portion of the ticket and money ( tickets are $1.00 each) in the enclosed envelope to the “Raffle Box” in the front office of Willard
• Make sure the seller’s name (child’s name) is on the outside of the return envelope

Checks are preferable, payable to THE WILLARD PTG. Please return your envelopes to front office between May 20th and June 4th to be eligible for the sales contests above. Family ticket sales cannot be combined to win the individual student VIP contest. Any tickets returned after June 4th at 3:00 will be eligible for the raffle drawing, but not eligible for the “most tickets sold contests.”

Remember all ticket sales are voluntary and should include adult supervision. Please return tickets you are not planning on selling to front office at Willard.

Raffle Rules

Winners are not excluded from subsequent drawings. Individuals may win multiple items. Each ticket has an equal chance of being drawn. All tickets will be placed in one Raffle spinner. Raffle will be called at 3:15pm during the Carnival on Sunday, June 6, 2010. Winners need not be present to win.
