The Willard PTG is a non-profit organization which is funded through membership dues, annual appeal donations, and limited fundraising activities and events, such as the annual Willard Carnival. Your financial support is essential in allowing the PTG to provide enhanced educational and cultural opportunities for Willard students.
The Willard PTG requests annual membership dues from each Willard family. The dues for the 2009-2010 school year are $20. Families who pay dues will receive a copy of the Willard Directory, a listing of names and addresses (including email) of Willard families (by class) and contact information for the school staff and teachers. Additional copies of the Willard Directory may be purchased for $5. You can now pay your annual dues through PayPal. You can click on the buttons below to pay dues (send funds to fundraising@willardptg.org). You may also write a check to the Willard PTG and place it in the Treasurer's box in the main office.
Willard's direct fundraiser is the Annual Appeal. In the fall, appeal pledge cards are mailed to all Willard families. A suggested donation amount is listed based upon the amount of money that the PTG typically spends per child over the course of each year. This amount is only a recommendation; any and all donations are gratefully accepted. Donations to the school may be made by clicking the buttons below, by check (made out to the Willard PTG and placed in the Treasurer's box in the main office at the school) or through the Willard Appeal page of the Shop Willard site, www.shopwillard.org.
